Borussia Dortmund signed a transfer fee of € 25.5 million with Thorgan Hazard of Borussia Monchengladbach, at an additional cost.
Thorgan, who has signed a five-year contract with Dortmund, will be the first danger to move from Chelsea to Real Madrid this summer with his brother Eden.
"We are delighted, Thorgan has chosen Borussia Dortmund with complete confidence," said Michael Zorc, sports director at BVB. He is an experienced player in the Bundesliga and a national player in Belgium. He will help his pace and goals. "

Like his brother Eden, Hazard read the book in Chelsea, but he first made a loan in Gladbach in 2014 and then permanently. During his five years in the Foals, Hazard played 46 games and sent 44 more games in 182 games.
"I am grateful for five years in Gladbach," he said. He added that it is time to take the next step in his career. "I am proud to play in Borussia Dortmund, the best club with incredible fans."
The second leg of Dortmund is a dangerous item this summer. Earlier this week BVB announced that it signed a deal with Julian Brandt of Germany at Bayer Leverkusen shortly after signing a contract with Hazard with a fee similar to that of Hoffenheim and German leftist Nico Schulz.
Germany's Bundesliga runners-up Bayern Munich won German football next month. And Barcelona defender Mateu Morey.
There is no player left in the club other than the international Christian Christian Pulisic who joined Chelsea at 64 million euros.
But former Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa and 2014 World Cup winner Andre Schurrle are considered surplus.
