The dissatisfaction of Optus customers revealed a drawback that affects early early adopters of Huawei's new Mate 20 Pro.
As originally reported by Ausdroid, several Optus customers have visited Telco's support forum to complain about the unexpected technical issues that the surface markings of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro recently turned green along the edges.
According to one complaint, Optus acknowledged the problem.
"We analyzed the samples of Huawei and Optus's Huawei Mate 20 Pro and found that all tested equipment showed green shades at various concentrations," said thetelco representative.
"By testing, the display brightness is set to zero and the error only appears when viewed in dark environments and when viewing dark scenes."
However, the Mate 20 Pro buyer is deemed to have reported a similar issue. Overseas.
As for Huawei, the company has not yet issued an official statement.
Here one silver lining appears to be a relatively isolated problem. The forum thread on the Mate 20 Pro's green hue issue is long, but it has not had a problem with its self-reviewing device and has not even spoken to other Mate 20 Pro users.
In an interview with PC World, Optus said, "Some customers have experienced problems with the screen on the Huawei Mate20 Pro, and customers have to go to their local Optus store for a replacement or refund."
