Android: The lawsuit accuses Google of using the user’s data volume in the background without a request.

Why does an Android smartphone consume 260MB per month even if it’s not actually in use? Is this also possible through a mobile data connection? This question is at the heart of a new lawsuit against software maker Google. Blame: Android is overgrabbing the user’s data limit and doesn’t provide a way to prevent it.
