White march against 1400 participants failed

The procession began around 8 pm at Alst Street Square before stopping at Delhaize, the supermarket parking lot that blew the Brabant Killers 33 years ago through the city center. Local politicians were present, but the organizers stressed that the incident was neutral.

The procession ended several times and the victims of Killers took the floor with organizer Michel Markey. Silence was observed in Delhaize for one minute and flowers were piled up.

The idea for such a march was born after the premiere of Stijn Coninx's movie "Niet Schieten" (who traced the life of the victim, David Van de Steen and his grandfather). The feature film was released in the room on October 10.

The march was not only related to the murder of Brabant, but also several victims of "failed justice". "We point out that there is a lack of help for victims, especially psychological victims. People are still shocked by the victims of the Brussels attack."
