The District Court of Varna proved that it had handed over a salesman who had misrepresented a large amount of money and property to fraudulent documents, the Court of Appeals said.
Prosecution is 110 pages.
The pawnshop's partner knew that he had experience working with Varna's other pawn shops with two spouses who knew the defendant, Minka M. The woman was appointed as a sales consultant in August 2011.
In the summer of 2014, one of the owners set up several unstable contracts for past bets and insufficient revenue. This was an opportunity for revision. Thus, some of the collateral was found to be depicted as precious metals, but not so. For other parts of the gambling ticket, the bet itself is missing or the weight does not match the description.
From November 2011 to January 2015, a 43-year-old woman stole items from BGN 69,303 and BGN 1,000, and 400 fake tickets.
A lawsuit against a former salesman will be considered by the Varna District Court.
