Grenergy, a Spanish company, today announced that it has reached a total investment of approximately $ 33 million with Canadian CarbonFree, which sells and builds four solar power plants in Chile.
The installed capacity of this photovoltaic project, 150 km southwest of Santiago, in the Maule and O 'Higgins area, is 30.6 MW.
Grenergy plans to start construction of these four power plants in the first quarter of 2019, and the power generated by all of them will be supplied to Chile's power grid and sold in a stabilized pricing structure, the statement said.
