Latvia's elite highway bike rider Andžs Flaksis has extended its contract with the Hincapie Racing team. The Hincapie Racing team returns to the continental level on a professional continent basis for one season and notifies the Latvian Riding Federation.

The team signed a contract with nine cyclists, including Flaxis. He will stay one more season.
