New research shows signs of early warning of Alzheimer's disease

New research suggests that early signs of Alzheimer's disease can be found several decades before symptoms appear.

The study found that patients at risk had more tau protein in their spinal fluid than they did 34 years before they showed signs of amnesia.

Tau protein is intertwined with memory-critical brain regions but has not been shown to cause Alzheimer's disease.

New research has found new ways to treat Alzheimer's disease.

New research has shown that accumulation of toxic proteins passes through essential organs, one of the symptoms of "memory theft" disorders.

The study was conducted by Johns Hopkins University, led by Professor Laurent Younis and Director of Applied Statistics and Statistics.

"Our study suggests that using brain waves and spinal cord analysis can assess the risk of Alzheimer's disease before the most common symptoms, such as moderate cognitive impairment, appear.

The researchers provided early evidence that the mechanism of the Alzheimer's pathogenesis could be more than a decade before the onset of cognitive impairment.

This has led experts to question whether they can test the vital sign of dementia at the "pre-clinical" stage of the disease.

To this end, the researchers analyzed 290 people aged 40 years or older who had medical records of people who were normally normal at the beginning of the study. Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of family history, increasing the risk of disease outbreaks.

The researchers collected spinal samples from every participant every two years from 1995 to 2005 and examined the samples using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques.

The patient also received an annual memory, study, reading and attention test from 1995 to 2013.

For years, researchers have been tracking clinical changes associated with Alzheimer's disease and the time it takes for symptoms to appear.

The results showed that 209 participants were "cognitively normal" while the remaining 81 were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's disease.

In 81 patients with Alzheimer's disease, scientists have found a slight change in cognitive test results for 11-15 years before experiencing cognitive impairment.

The results showed that the rate of change of Tao protein in the spinal fluid increased from about 34.4 years before the onset of cognitive decline.

Although brain brain tests have changed between the ages of 2 and 8 years after the onset of symptoms, researchers have found that brain changes are relatively low in people and in research participants.

Although an important indicator of Alzheimer's disease is uncovered, researchers say there is no drug that can prevent or alleviate disease.

But researchers hope that someday the study will lead to tests that determine the risk of an individual's Alzheimer's disease so that the doctor can choose the best treatment that focuses on reducing the symptoms.
