Asus is currently developing a follow-up product for Zenfone Max Pro M1 and Zenfone Max M1, and is called Zenfone Max Pro M2 and Zenfone Max M2 respectively. Tipster Roland Quandt posted a new smartphone specification on Twitter. He said both of these devices are a specific variant of India.
According to Twitter, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 boasts model number ZB631KL and features a 6-inch full HD + display. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with the Adreno 512 GPU. This device comes with 64GB / 128GB internal storage and 4GB of RAM. Twitter also noted that the device would provide a triple camera setup using a single 13MP sensor.
Asus Zenfone Max M2 uses model number ZB633KL. It features a 6-inch full HD + display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with the Adreno 509 and comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of internal storage. It has dual camera settings with one 13MP sensor.

Asus recently announced an over-the-air (OTA) update for the Zenfone Max Pro M1. This update brings certain bug fixes and performance enhancements to the device along with the latest October security patch for Android.
