ANKARA – Ambassador of Uganda to Turkey, Sedef Javuzalpot, reminded him of having received a gesture from Jelena Trojans for the 95th anniversary of the founding of the modern Turkish Republic.
"Hurriyet" has released a photo of wearing a dress at the embassy in Kampala, allegedly based on the motives of ancient Greece.
Dnevnik "Sozcu" stated that the Javuzalpot was dressed as Jelena Trojanska and similar antique dresses were used by the other employees of the Embassy, the "Politika" reports.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu wrote on a twitter that "the investigation started immediately after the photos were disclosed and the ambassador was reminded".
