The Administrative Court accepted the orders held by the Akos regulatory agency in the telecommunications market, which it grants to Telemach and plans to eliminate some of the frequencies of operators' mobile phones acquired by Tusmobil's acquisition at the end of September. Telemach filed a lawsuit against the decision.
The Communications Network and Service Agency of the Republic of Slovenia (Akos) has announced that Telemach intends to use 2×5 MHz frequencies on the 2100MHz band on September 30th. At the same time, Akos tries open bids and tries to give this frequency until September 30th. The EPA has already prepared an open bidding and has already submitted a proposal to the government for the nominal price.
To protect Telemach's service users and maximize service utilization, the public bidding agency provided a transitional period in which Telemach could hire a frequency if it could not obtain a bid on its own.
However, after the verdict of the Administrative Court confirmed by Telemach, all these plans must be stopped. In fact, in this case, decisions on the reality of events can not be made in the application of the state's third largest carrier to Acos.
Did the car company get a path that is controversial?
The reason for the agency's decision to revoke the frequency was the administrative court's decision. The administrative court again referred the case to the trial for review, Akos explained.
There is a controversy because two other mobile operators are interested as part of the frequency Tušmobil received free in 2008. Simobil, currently in Slovenia (A1 Slovenia), made a new decision in protest of the above-mentioned rulings of the administrative authorities.
Criminal prosecution proceeds slowly.
Law enforcement agencies also scrutinized the case. Trial of former director of electronic communication bureau Tomazu Shimoniku And former owner of Tusmobil Mirkuthushu The incident is still ongoing due to a suspected radio wave in December 2015. However, some of the complaints have already become obsolete and the court has withdrawn criminal proceedings against Tuš because of poor health.
The office of the prosecutor, Tuš, and his company Tušmobil, were accused of bribing the Post Office of Communications (Apek) Simonič, who is abusing official positions and bribing them. Simonič should provide Tušmobil with the frequency of mobile telephony that can be exchanged with Piran's flat for free.
